I see your art pop up quite often, and all of it seems to be plagued by the same issues each time.
There's no sense of interaction here at all. The girl seems to be just... staring off into space, while the boy seems to be in-between that and looking down at the Ivysaur. The Pokemon are also focused on either sides of the picture, having no eye contact with their trainers or anything really.
Your backgrounds are also kind of a mess. While I applaud the fact that you even bother to put one in, it looks as if you don't put a lot of effort into it? That, or you don't know exactly what you're doing. The bushes are nothing but dots splattered around, giving them absolutely no form or sense of fullness. A bush does not look anything like this. The mountains look a little better in comparison, but they're also very splashed on with seemingly minimal attention to detail, while the clouds are oddly circular things. Lastly, the random speckles of grass (which are clearly standard Photoshop brushes) look directionless in their placement. I'm very confused about the... black pavement they're standing on? Or is it a... floor? I can't even tell. Why is there one lone rock on top of it? It makes no real sense.
Your anatomy is really iffy in a lot of places too. Instead of just trying to mimic the style used in the Pokemon anime, you might want to look at actual reference for the bodies. The girl's pose is a little weird, and while the boy's looks a bit more logical, it's also rather wonky.
I find it strange that you do dozens of these pictures, and yet none of these things ever really improve. ):
